Code of Conduct

Luthom Engenharia Ltda. Code of Conduct defines how  its leaders and all employees at all levels should act in relation to their attitudes towards society, customers, partners, co-workers, competitors, government entities and everyone with whom they relate directly or indirectly.

Everyone must act correctly, with integrity, ethically and efficiently in the search for results, incorporating the values of the company, obeying the internal regulations, rules and procedures established.
